SD This flyin' young man don't need a trapeze. seasonal Wrap-up By Brian Tolley The Varsity basketball team finished their season with a 10-11 record. The Huskies were eliminated from the regional tournament 79-62 by the Nitro Wildcats. Robby Parsons had 24 points including all 10 of Hoover's first quarter points. Scott Coffman was the seasons leading scorer with a 18.6 average and Bear Gandee second with a 13.0 clip. Huskies playing their last game were Gandee, Jeff Skeens, Jeff Jones, Herman Pierson, Mark Shafer, and Doug Rollyson. The JV Basketball team finished with a 6-14 record this season. Improvement is expected because the Huskies played mostly with sophomores and juniors playing for the first time. It's serious business, right, J .V.'?
