Otticers also helped organize l-lomecoming. During the Christmas season they inaugurated a drive tor greeting cards to be given to the Naval l-lospital. Activities ot the spring semester were the annual Mothers' Day Program, May 5, and the Girls' League County Conference, in cooperation with Kearney l-ligh School, May 20. Several Cardinal Coed assemblies were also held throughout the year.

Under the guidance ot Presidents Bob Paramore and Jaclc Norberg, the Boys' Federation ot I943-IQ44, carried out an interesting schedule. An as- sembly was held early in the year tor the purpose ot acquainting the male stu- dents with the football team and some ot the plays. Another assembly, tor the entire student body, consisted ot a variety show and tootball letter awards. The highlight ot the spring semester was a Student Leaders Congress, or- ganized by the Boys' Federation. tor all l-loover leaders.
