The life and works of these who serve cannot he understood fully hy those whose pace in life is set merely by self- satisfaction and material gains. The one to whom this volume is dedicated has a compassion that compels him to be concerned about the Welfare and needs of others. He has a devotion that magnifies itself in sacrifice and action. His patience and checrfulness under affliction is a light unto our path. He is a symbol of all that his profession signifies.
