Science Club Interests Students in Nature The Merr Molecules' aims are to increase their knowledge of science, to learn to perfect their skills in science, to give service to their community and nation, and to under- stand the importance of science in their lives. The Merry Molecules are affiliated with the Virginia Academy of Science and the Science Club of America. The club , with Mrs. Byrd Schmierer as s onsor, has well organized and interesting programs, including movies, guest speakers, andaexperiments. The members of the Merry Molecules annually attend the science open house at Randolph Macon College and at the University of Richmond. Each spring the club co-operates with the Bios Club in sponsoring the Science Fair which is o n to all students in Hanover County. Alliitudents who are interested in science and who have a B average are eligiblefor membership.
