VICTORIES FOR VEGA Coach Vega has been coaching the ninth grade basketball team for quite a few years and so far he has produced a good number of terrific basketball players. This year was no exception; he feels that his 1977-78 team will be very successful in the next few years. Coach Vega said the team was a vety intelligent group of ball players and they worked extremely hard, consequently producing positive effects. “Bone” Jar- rett, Matt Brown and co- captain Duke Brizzolara proved to be outstanding players throughout the sea- son. 1 2 Ninth Grade Ba sketball Team: First Row; Robert Lowry says, “Uh-oh, they’re K. Led by Coach Ron Harmon, the group had a distinctive rhythm and unity that brought them together and formed a remarkable team. Coach Harmon felt the team was balanced, therefore playing was easier and the games went smoother. Many of the team members particiated on the ninth grade team last year.
