George A. Stroud, Jr. B.S., Kansas State College of Pillsburg M.Ed., University of Virginia Mr. Sorrell and Mr. Stroud pause while making their rounds of Henrico’s Campus. NS ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS Two new but able assistant principals, Mr. Stroud and Mr. Sorrell, joined the administrative staff this year. With the help of these two capable men, Mr. Tubbs carries out the administrative duties at Henrico. In spite of heavy workloads, these three men could often be found doing what they seemed to enjoy most—associating with the students. Mr. Tubbs cheer- ing at the football games, Mr. Sorrell giving advice to his Key Club boys, Mr. Stroud chatting with students in the cafeteria—these are familiar sights to Warrior students. Always ready to entertain new ideas, the adminis- tration deserves much credit for creating an atmos- phere conducive to lively academic and extra-curricu- lar pursuits. James G.
