Have you got your “’SS?’’ was the question asked by mysterious Indians during the Pep Club Sportsman- ship Drive. The other members were disguised as “OOSS” agents to arouse student interest and to pro- mote sportsmanship. Those students who knew ‘’SS”’ was school spirit were given cards stating the Warriors sportsmanship code. Printed on a large sign in the gym was the sportsmanship code which reminded students to exhibit sportsmanship at all athletic events. Sponsored by Miss Trevvett and led by President Delphine Wood, members sold football programs at all the home games. A special edition with pictures of the football players and the homecoming court was published for the homecoming game. Pep Club members promoted honesty during exams in a citizenship drive. They placed in each homeroom signs to be a constant reminder to students of their honor obligations. Members worked earnestly in making posters for not only sports activities but the projects of other clubs also. As a fund-raising project, the Pep Club held a car wash in the spring.
