Dr. Moffatt, who earned his Ph.D. from Princeton, has been a member of the Hendrix faculty since 1948. Lower left: Dr. Carolyn Kane is a visiting member of the English Department. She teaches Ad- vanced Composition and Creative Writing. A graduate of Hendrix, Dr. Kane received her Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas in 1973. Lower right: Dr. Helen Hughes, Pro- fessor of English, teaches courses in Eng- lish and the Humanities.
