The Watermelon Blast! 8fWatermelon Blast Lifting off the new school year, the watermelon blast was a tremendous success. lt created an atmosphere of unity among the students and faculty which set the tone of spirit for the 1982-83 school year. The Student Council worked hard again this year to provide the Bearcats with a fun-filled event. Juice and seeds flew through the air as people bit into the refreshing melon. This blast was a way of saying a last good-bye to summer and realizing that school was actually here. Mr. Jackson doesn't hesitate to get his fill.
