The contents of this book include you in classes, organizations, and extracurricular acti- vities. This is your book. It was so produced to hold a large sum of memories. A glance at it many years from now should stimulate our enthusiasm wholeheartedly, by arousing memories of past school days. We wish to take this opportunity to thank our many advertisers for their support and co- operation. We urge you to patronize these outstanding merchants whose ads appear herein. So in behalf of the senior class, it is our privilege and pleasure to present this book to you . . . THE 1968 PANTHER. Osric Reavis Edzivr-ln-Hhzvf As editor of the PANTHER, I have experienced the psychological and sociological successes and failures which must inevitably be the lot of one who must assume and execute a delegated respon- sibility. Perhaps the four years an individual spends in high school are the most cherished and impressive years of his life. Realizing this, the PANTHER staff has tried to capture some of the outstanding events of the year and transfer them into this yearbook. However, in a larger sense, it's difficult--even impossible--to preserve many of the memorable events of the years because they are intangible. Nevertheless, we have managed to capture a small section of the events destined to remain with us forever. So here is your book . ..THE 68 PANTHER.
