Additional expenditures, personnel, accelerated programs, and improved instruction have resulted in bet- ter learning experiences. Such higher quality efforts for our boys and girls should have far reaching effects. The burden of responsibility rests upon your shoulders. You will need to form study and work habits which will bring results. Allow plenty of time for that which you have to do. Let study and work ef- forts take first place in your life.
