STUDENT COUN OIL lf l.,, One of the most important organiza- tions in Henderson High School, the Stu- dent Council provides an opportunity for students to participate in their own government. It serves as a medium for the exchange of ideas and the discussion of school rulings between the students and the faculty. Each homeroom is represented on the council by an elected representa- tive who must maintain an academic average of C or above. In addition to their governmental responsibilities, the Student Council sponsors yearly Sadie Hawkins Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the Heart Fund Drive.
