Dedication As we, the staff, considered our theme, A Part of My Heart, we realized that there is one person who works for the good of all, faculty and students alike. Therefore, she is not only justapart of each individual ' s heart, but she is a part of the heart of the whole school. Her diligence and hard work receive little notice and few thanks, but without her, our school would soon be similar to chaos. Through her faithfully and carefully prepared records, she keeps the financial matters of our school in order, as well as taking care of the majority of our school ' s correspondence. Her willingness to help anyone at any¬ time and her warm, bright smile cause all students to love and respect her. Truly, Henderson High School would be lost without her. If she were not here, our school would become a mass of confusion. She often spends long hours working, but one seldom hears her complain. She always has an abundance of school spirit and offers en¬ couragement to anyone whose spirit has dwindled. Whenever we stop to think of her, we realize that each and every one of us should be grateful to her for her co-operation and tireless patience. Yes, as you are certainly A Part of My Heart,” we, the staff, proudly dedicate our 1961-1962 Pep Pac to you, Mrs. Ethel G. Knott. 7
