The Henderson Hlgh School Band lS on Parade' Approxlmately nlnety mus1c1ans make up the now famous Henderson band thls year and each of them from majors to majorettes and drummers are on parade w1th a new mus1c march1ng and format1on Equlpped Wlth new re condltloned 1nstruments together wlth a number of new ones the band presents a strlkxng plcture on 1ts home field and on college gr1d1rons throughout the state The Henderson H1gh School Band keeplng pace Wlth trends 1n band fashlon as you would expect the states top band ID its field to do You notice the new umforms of the majorettes Also a great deal of new talent 1n the band replaces several of last year's departed stars Drum majorettes are Barbara Stone, Jane Harris, Nellie Neathery, Joyce Mitch- iner, and Shirley Knott.
