FOREWORD The PEP PAC staH' of 1952 presents to you the seventh new edition of our annual. For a number of years the PEP PAC has followed the same general pattern of pre- senting the annual to you. Our staff felt the need for a changeg therefore, this year we have added a little variation to the annual.
