The Tigers won the varsity game handily over Tamaroa by the score of 65 to 58. The players, who were really up and played a good game, were supported by a crowd of enthusiastic fans. The highlight of the evening, was the crowning ofthe 1968-69 Homecoming Queen, Miss Roberta Melvin. Following along in the footsteps of tradition, the Class of '70 presented one of the best proms in years. Their theme was FANTASY UNDER THE SEA. The decor- ations consisted of all kinds of water creatures from Octopusses to Mermaids. The hit of the evening , of course , was the crowning of Queen Debbie Clark and King Carl Sullivan. Elimon and White were the only members of the track team that were on all four conference champions The Tigers also competed in the County Meet, the Tiny State Meet, and the Benton Relays.
