Photography Club Under the supervision of Mr. Tiernan, the Photography Club was formed this year, Mem- bers learned the basics of photography and experimented with techniques, Besides estab- lishing a school darkroom, the group planned several outings, including trips to the Daily Local News, the Shram Company, and Nikon Housein New York. Amateur Radio Club Henderson's radio station WASCXX is used by club members to communicate with other stations around the world. Preparedness for emergency communica- tion is a vital responsibility for the operators. Officers of the club are Joe Strat- tong President, Ed Urban- ikg Vice President, and Steve Maisling Secretary- Treasurer. Club members include licensed ham radio operators and others inter- ested in acquiring their license.

International Club International co-operation and understanding is the road to world peace. Hendersonvs International Club centered its activities around a highly successful Third Annual International Weekend. The small, yet ambi- tious group was headed by Pat Dizillo, President, and Nicki Hollabaugh, Vice President. The groups co- sponsors were Mrs. Kieselbach and Mr. Swope, Our international studentsg Yoko Tsuboi, Tonya Morbin, Amparo Llamas, Patricia Pearson, and Hannah Bund- gard added an interesting dimension to the club and school. is i Yoko Tsubni Hanna Bundgaarcl Latin Club Latin isn't deadg it's alive and well and living in room 311. As the Latin I and II students joined to form this group, the memberships of the club rose to an all time high, The pur- pose of this club is to enlight- en its members about Roman culture and contributions. QM The New You Club is an inte rated club that meets weekl to study fashion, hairstyles, grooming, and prepiring for job interviews. The cllubis plans include sponsoring fund-raising projects and providing scholarships to graduating se- niors The sponsors ofthe 35 member club are Mrs. Thomas, Mrs. Strausbaugh, and television's Channel 6 broadcaster Diane Robinson as advisor. Riding Club This year the Riding Club was very busy getting many horse shows on the move. Members did a considerable amount of work with horses in groom- ing, riding, and teaching newcomers about horseman- ship. This year's officers were Barb Hamilton and Sue Dix- on. Sponsored by Mrs. Head, the club enables students in- terested in horses to further their interests by staging horse shows and participating in other activities involving horses.
