One of their favorite events was a party held at Kris Bostwick's house which all the drill teamers and cheerleaders attended. At the par- ty they sat around, ate, and danced until 42:30 a.m., then divid- ed themselves into three groups. All three groups piled into vans driven by Mrs. Bostwick, Coach Windham, and Mr. McLain and got ready to go rolling. When they arrived at the first house, the girls jumped out and began throwing toilet paper all over the yard. Suddenly Mrs. Bostwick re- membered that the boy who lived there didn't play football anymore, so all the girls had to pile back in the vans and move on. When the girls ran out of paper at 2:00 a.m. with several houses left to roll they had to go Krogerrng to buy more sup plies The bill for the paper pizza and cokes exceeded S70 When the rolling had finally been complet ed at 6 00 a m the girls returned to the Bostwrck s house only to find that it too had been rolled After a breakfast of Dunkin Donuts the girls returned home to rest up for the up coming game that day Because of their hard work and frequent practicing the girls put on exceptional performances at the games one of which was their first night game Captain Laura Lewis and her Co captains Carla Canty Jolie Modrne and Kim Baulkman kept the girls working and ID order at the practices and provided a great deal of help and support at the ames Even though being on Drill Team requires a lot of hard work and practices that last all summer and during the school year all of the girls really enjoyed participating Most of the time the girls worked hard and put forth a lot of effort but they had lots of fun too The hard work drd pay off for Becky Gunter and Kelly Morris however for they were named Drill Teamers of the year Pictured This Page Top Amy Unlkel Kelly Morris Wendy Osbrrnk Middle Left Becky Gunter Tracy Fuller Laura Lewis Jolie Mo ley Bambarger Opposite Page Top Eve Og lesby Carrie Pender Jo Haney Middle Amy Thomas Tracey Spang Wendy Osbrrnk Jen nrfer Welchel Bottom Front Row Carrie Pender Pip Summers Amy Unrkel Theresa Ramirez Kelly Morris Jerry Whitley Beth Sykes Carla Canty Cco captj Jo Haney Second Row Tracy Fuller Andrea Goldoff Ashley Norman Kim Baulkman fsec treasp Ashley Bambarger Becky Gunter Kim Har drson Stephanie Randolph Kris Langley Kris Bostwrck Eve Oglesby Allison Wernburg Third Row Michelle Nicholson Jolie Modrne Cco captj Laura Lewis qcaptarnj Kim Bar row Lisa Jones Elizabeth Coles Wendy Os brink Jennifer Welchel Amy Thomas Tracey Spang Lon St Romain
