The recorders, aided by secretaries work on schedules, school and college records and students' school finances. The other secretaries are found among the various offices of our school where they work with the principal, the assist- ant to the principal and the counselors in both of the guicl- ance oFFices. Because of the efticient work that the recorders and secretaries do, it is an easy matter to obtain any necessary information pertaining to records and to keep our school running smoothly. 15

It is the iob of the counselors to guide students in their choice of career, and the solution of prob- lems concerning advanced learning and lite adiustments. The Guidance Depart- ment also aids students who wish to go directly into a vocation by giving them placement assistance.
