Amos Kincaid who has Taken over The direcTion oi The l-lempsTead Schools. The DocTor, a RoTarian, is well qualiTied Tor This new posiTion as SuperinTendenT. l-le received his Bachelor oT ArTs Degree Trom Ohio STaTe UniversiTy, and aTTer spending one year as Prin- cipal and Two as SuperinTendenT oT Schools in Ohio, he aTTended Teachers College aT Columbia UniversiTy. ln l93O he became SuperinTendenT oT Schools aT lvlonTpelier, VermonT, where he re- mained unTil l94l. ATTer leaving VermonT, he held The same posiTion in SummiT, New Jersey, and in The Spring oT I946 The degree oT DocTor oT EducaTion was conTerred upon him.
