TIGERETTE MANAGERS: Sara Jo Crlbb and Sandra Davis. THE TIGERETTES OPENEDthe '58- '59 season with a 48-25 victory over Pamplico in their first game, and a 41-23 victory over Andrews in their second. Out of the next twelve games played they won seven and tied one. Although the Tigerettes played good ball through both county and district tournaments, they failed to reach the finals in either. The seasonal aver- age of points per game was a high 48. Individual high scorers were Cynthia Haselden with a 15.8 average and Betty Newell with a 13.3 average. SENIORS Ginny Galloway and Cynthia Haselden led the Tigerettes as co-captains for the '59 Basketball season.
