SsmwX. QIoaa, The class of 1957, distinguished as the fiftieth MCHS graduating class, was the first group to be graduated from the South Avenue building. In order to raise money for the Senior Banguet, a dance and reception, and all other ac- tivities during Senior Week, the group sold hot chocolate, coffee and popcorn at all home foot- ball games. They also sold Christmas cards. The class sponsored a dance, the ' Senior Sock Hop, in the fall, and had its annual assem- bly in the spring. Roger Lambson was class president; Roger Norgaard, vice-president; Sally Hangas, secre- tary; and Zoe Ahl, treasurer.
