BASKETBALL Under the leadership of a new coach, Miss Helen Benner, our girls completed one of the most successful seasons in the history of the school. The Black Panthers started their new season under the leadership of a new coach, Charles Brown. Although faced with the hard task of re- placing last year's team, he put a fighting team on the hardwood court. Their season was a successful one. Although they did not equal last year's team by winning the championship. William Sabo was the team's high scorer and was also elected hon- orary captain. At the present time the team has scored two victories in as many games played. One of these was a coveted victory over our arch-rival, Bethlehem.
