The climax of Homecoming Week was the crowning of the 1971 Homecoming Queen. As the princesses stepped onto the football field, the crowd anxiously awaited the announcement. Silence spread over the entire stadium as Pam Faught was proclaimed queen. Pam excitedly stepped forth to receive her royal crown and robe from Gwen De La Houssaye. and began her reign as our new Homecoming Queen. As the princesses left the field, Queen Pam followed them. making 1971 Homecoming . . . ATime To Remember. Princess Tarja arrives in style with her escort. Jerry. Unity And Total Involvement Lisa Heervvald, ASB Secretary, organized and supervised all elections including those for commissioners, cheerleaders, and class officers. After freshman elections Lisa wrote many letters to prospective nominating convention speakers. Organizing the convention proved to be a big job but Lisa handled it with much success. Lisa takes time out from her duties for a minute of relaxation, Don listens to suggestions at student council meeting ASB Vice-President, Don Touchet. has shown exceptional leadership in all of his duties throughout the year. As president of student council he presided over all the meetings. Don was also a voting member of the administrative council and a member of the executive council. Lisa Heerwald. ASB Secretary
