SENIOR CLASS OEEICERS Left to right: Allen Mark, Representative: Scotta Herrin, Treasurer: Earl Hanson, President: IoI.ee Slaughter, Secretary: Rusty Harper, Vice President. CLASS HISTORY As sophomores we chose as our class offices: Larry Hoffman, President, Margie Sterling, Vice Presidentg Ianet Moody, Secretaryg Penny Eathorne, Treasurer, and Earl Hanson, Representative. Our Vigilante Princess candidates were Mikal Morgan and Margie Sterling. As juniors we again started out the year with the election of our class officers. They were: Lloyd Ek, Presi- dent, Earl Hanson, Vice President: lulie Beck, Secretary: lane Dion, Treasurer, and Bob Trerise, Representative. Our prom was one of the best ever held in the history of the school. The theme was Hlapanese Sunset. Margie Sterling and Mary Longmaid represented our class in running for Princess Vigilante. The representatives to Boys' State were: Larry Hoffman, lim Hudson, Rusty Harper, Lloyd Ek, Larry Clausen, Mike Ryan, Gary Wilson, Iohn Allen, Earl Hanson, and Dennis Matthies. Those going to Girls' State were: Iulie Beck, Linda Brewer, and Ianet Moody. Lloyd Ek won the state championship in his weight class in wrestling in his junior and senior years. Linda Brewer was chosen to be an American Field Service exchange student in her junior year. As seniors Gary Wilson, Mike Ryan, Karen Munson, and Linda Brewer were elected Student Body Officers and as senior class officers we elected Earl Hanson, Rusty Harper, IoLee Slaughter, Scotta Herrin, and Allen Mark. Chic Barnett won first place honors in the Humorous Declamation section of the State Speech meet in Mis- soula. We wish to thank our class sponsors who helped our class a great deal in our three year in HHS. They are: Mrs. Matulys, Miss Steen, and Mr. Slocum. PAGE TEN
