Library Club 1 LIBRARY CLUB Membership in the library club is open to seventh and eighth-grade students interested in working in the library. Students are scheduled for 15-minute work periods each day when the library is open before school, during lunch periods, and after school. Members assist in book circulation, keeping the shelves in order, and locating materials for other students. Since the membership depends on student interest and attendance at work times, it is not constantg therefore, no elected offices are held. Louisiana History Club Club Pledge: I give my pledge as a citizen of Louisiana to faithfully uphold the laws and traditions of my state. I shall do my best to aid in the preservation of its natural resources, in the promotion of its culture, and, with pride, to become a true student of Louisiana history. Aim: To learn more about Louisiana history through field trips and participating in extra activities and projects.
