Several classes went field trips to museums, conferences or exhib- i to expand their knowledge. Many students re given scholarships and most everyone fin- ed the year with memories of classroom jokes, essy lockers, and beaten up textbooks, Many courses were nOt taught this year that were offered in the past. This was due to several factors e changes in faculty mem- bers, course demands by the students, and new DoDDS policies. Because a high school education is the foundation for a successful life, students are determined to make it a productive one. GOING PLACES Heidelberg High Schools students have a repu- tation for being brilliant, crazy, and busy. It seems as if we never slow down. The seniors are busy preparing for college, the juniors are get- ting ready to be seniors, the sophomores are trying to grow up, and the freshmen are finally getting over the excitement of being in high school and are moving on to new things. Being in Germany has many disadvantages, but it has many attributes that seem to outweigh them. Members of our student body have had the op- portunity to travel all over Europe, and some even around the world. Whether it be a trip around Heidelberg, or one to another country, H.H.S. students are always going places.
