Held in Kaiserslauten, Heidelberg's team met with 25 other teams from all over Germany. From November 30 to December 1, the six members succeeded in answering a great number of miscellaneous ques- tions. The team did exceptionally well under the extreme pressure of answer- ing questions in the Spotlight. Each member also had to undergo try-outs before being chosen to attend the Brain Bowl. The peoPIe with the most points were permitted to go to Kaiserslautern. V After many hours of keeping their C001 and wracking their brains, they finally came out in fifth place. Brain Bowl 73
