Text from Pages 1 - 136 of the 1982 volume:

Chris Warren hands out cokes at the football appreciation party. Johnny Bridges really knows how to get on a person’s nerves. Gail Lay takes a “grin and bear it” attitude. Brian Brown and Tim Small show the lazy man’s way to study English. Cindy Paris and Theresa Chronister share a joke in study hall. 2 Mechele says, “This is going to be another nail- biting tests.” Hector has its own version of three monkeys “Speak No Evil”, “Hear No Evil”, and “See No Evil” better known as Becky Menge. Sandy Herring and Christie Palmer. 3 Amy Louise Allison James D. Bartlett Cindy Michele Bennett Spencer Blalack Theresa Gail Chronister Christia D’Ann Glenn Douglas Clancy Tony Cochran Churchill Regina Marie Senior officers and sponsors include Brent Lee, president; Jimmy Walker, Garrison secretary treasurer; Jan Melton, vice-president; sponsors, Nancy Pack, Jim Staggs, and Jimmy Stroud. No one is ever sure what they’re up to. Jetta Chisum and Susan Garrison demonstrate their cooking ability in home economics. Jan Melton and Deanna Driskill study for a shorthand test. Wayne Cook demonstrated the effect of mixing hydrochloric acid with magnesium in his speech class. Sandy Williams can’t believe her accounting problem came out balanced. LaDonna Martin and Brent Lee demonstrate a handbook No-No which forbids bodily contact on campus. J.C. demonstrates a new reading technique- reading with your eyes closed. Unfortunately, you don’t get the book read that way. And then there is William, we don’t exactly know what his problem was this day. Jimmy Walker and Wayne Cook seem to be in a daze.
