We Made It. Honor graduates for 79 were Carolyn Bridges. Billy Allison, Shirley Barton, Debbie Barnhouse, Kay Launius, Rita Warren, and Randy Turner. They have maintained a 3.33 throughout high school. Pam Linker and Donnie Hayley presented graduates with their traditional class flower as they leave the gym together for the last time. Randy Turner talked about the first part of their class motto “What we are is God’s gift to us . . .” Debbie Barnhouse talked about the last part of their class motto, ”. . ., but what we become is our gift to God.” 27

Graduating Seniors of 79 say Looks Like High school faculty members annually vote on leadership awards. Student participation and attitude are the main characteristics considered. Kay Launius is the recepient of the leadership award. She is President of Student Council, President of FHA, and captain of the football cheering squad. She has also been President of FCA. Stephanie Russell is the recepient of the citizenship award. She is helpful and active in FT A where she helps in special education for grade school. She is also class Vice-President and on the Youth Advisory Council.

 What we are is God's gift to us. Governor Bill Clinton was the graduation speaker. He spoke to the graduates about their political responsibility urging them to register and vote. Below, senior Carol Loveland thanked Governor Clinton for taking time out in his busy schedule to speak to the class of '19. Many relatives of graduates were eager to talk to Governor Clinton after graduation.
