“Ask and it shall be given you; Seek and ye shall find; Knock and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh, a door shall be opened. We are at the door. What lies on the other side9 Will we have the tools and abilities needed to open each new door7 All through our lives we are challenged with many deci- sions concerning our goals. Whch door will lead us in a straight, true path to our objective7 Through our school work we obtain many of the tools needed to open each door and overcome the obstacles. But education is just the beginning of a series of doors, each of which can open up a totally new aspect of life and present us with many rewarding experiences. The future is still dark, but as we pass through each new door, we are supplied with the abilities needed to guide us. What the future holds depends on us and our willingness to open each new door. f We want to present the DOOR as the theme for this year s annual. Our sincere desire is to capture some of the joys, laughter and even tears of the past year. We hope that you can treasure these moments and memories forever. Winning the District Tournament enabled the 1969 Wildcat Senior Girls to attend the State Tournament at Lewisville. We feel that this was a great honor and are truly proud of the outstanding job that the girls did. We would like to honor the “Champs” by presenting the winning team on our color page. We feel that each girl deserves to be congratulated on a superb effort, (bottom) Frances Riley, Brenda Bull, Karen Burch, Sue Gregory, Peggy Gregory, (middle) Barbara Alii - son, Ann Wooten, Debbie Thaompson, Janis Murdock, Brenda Coffman, Melita Cagle, (top) Coach Frost, Sharon Freeman, Linda Patton, Julia Morris, Donna Cochran, Kathy Swaim.
