Of all our teachers, both first and last, Of when first we came to school. And the breaking of that first little rule. Through the years our minds seem to wander. And all our joys we gladly number. We've waited patiently twelve long years, And graduation meant music to our ears. Both cupid and death have had their place, In cutting down our class. And even labor has taken a few; The rest have managed to pass. As the time goes flitting by. We stop to think, and then to sigh.
