Q- T s 3,9 ior rating at District Contest, and field, the director, has been es- pecially proud ofthe progress of the Ir. High Girls' Glee Club. Seaview Waxed The Sr. High Mixed Chorus, under the direction of Miss Ellen Crutchfield, has supplied the School and the munity with special music on many occasions. This includes special programs, Baccalaureate, and The Chorus attended the Autumn Festival at Tahlequah and the Spring Festival at Poteau. Special groups, such ttios and quartets, are chosen from the Sr. High School Music students. The Mixed Chorus won a Superior rating the District Contest. The Sr. High Girls' Chorus made a Superior rating and at State contest received an Exce rating. Perhaps the most outstanding event of the year was the operetta Chonita , which was presented by the Chorus. This was the gay. colorful story of a Gypsy romance, with Pat Towry playing the part of the Gypsy girl, nlta.
