The Qclwol GWB We will never bring disgrace on this our school by any act of dishonesty or cowardice. We will fight for the ideals and sacred things of the school both alone and with many. We will revere and obey the rules of the school, and will do our best to incite a like reverence and respect of those above us who are prone to annul them or set them at naught. We will strive increasingly to quicken the public sense of civic duty. Thus, in all these Ways we will transmit this our school a greater, better, and more beautiful school than it was transmitted to us. SCHOOL SONG Faithful and true hearted, Let IIS eheer our dear old Hi. W'e'll revere her and defend her, May her eolors proudly fly. We will stand for her united Of her deeds we'll gladly tell. Her eolors streaming, glad faces heanzing, So herels a cheer for herg For her we love so well. CHORUS: joyous and ever loyal, Let us hoost for our old High. Let every heart sing, Let every voice ring, There's no time It's ever onward, to grieve or sigh. our course pursuing, May defeated our ardor eool But united we will hoost for her Our old High School. Honor she has taken On the track and with the hallg May she always rank the highest, May her eolors never fall. There's no other that can match her When her team is on the field, Her boys are fleetest, her girls the sweetest, So here's a cheer for herg For her we ne'er will yield. '44
