Members are chos- en on the basis of their scholar- ship, leadership, character, and service., This year has been spent in getting the group started, officers elected, etc. In February, the Honor Soci- ety joined the Key Club in spon- soring the first Book Fair held at Heath High School. The two groups sh ow e d that this was a successful venture. Regular meetings are held the second Tues- day of the month. An annual picnic for the Club members is held at Mrs. Swank's house in May, at which tizme new members are initiated. Troupe 2728 of the National Thespian Society is an honorary which recognizes those who have contributed in an outstanding way to the dramatic arts program in the high school. Our troupe was chartered in March when initiation was conducted by Troupe 1646 of Utica High School. A s ec ond initiationwas held in May.
