ffzfmewmirzg This year, our Homecoming spirits were not damp- ened by either the weather, which was rainy, or the outcome of the game. The Heath Bulldogs clashed on the field with the Lakewood Lancers. At the half time ceremony, Queen Cheri Doty, who was escorted by Senior Ken Shellberg, was crowned and given the traditional kiss by team captain Al Conner. Members of her court were: Sally Nichols escorted by Doug Franga, Pat Crider and her escort Rick Crist, and Bev Seaman escorted by Tom Jones. The dance was held the following evening in the High School C-ym. The theme was 'lAutumn Leaves,'l and eve ryone enjoyed the music of the Pendeltons. Our Queen was e s c o rte d to the dance by Senior Ed Thagard. Sally Nichols chose as her escort Tom Attabury, Pat Crider was escorted by Bob Weiman, and Bev Seaman was escorted by Jim Calhoun. The Homecoming was a night that we will all remember. Queen Am! Hour! This handsome guy was seen at the Cheerleaders Farew ell to Football dance. The Junior Class had no trouble selling snacks at the home basket- Janet Simmons works on the Bozo at the Fall Festival. During the schoolyear, both clubs and classes s pon s 0 r a variety of dances for Heath students. This year, there was a trend to- ward costume dances with a peas- ant dance and a We s te r n dance. Other danc e s included the annual Senior Sock Hop, and Homecoming. ball games. Everyone listens as the Trolls play for the Senior Sock Hop. 36
