First, we decided to both d e ve lop a planned community and build homes in Newark, Ohio, because we felt there was a real need for well- de signed, eye-appealing homes at a price the average person can afford. To accomplish our first objective, we designed atotal community for 250 homes, a country club comprised of a 9 hole golf course, club house, pool and 2 community parks. To accomplish our second objective, we do not offer a Set of Homes from which you have to choose but offer you a custom design service at no additional cost. Some of our customers do prefer a duplication of a home we have already designed but most prefer to take advantage of our customer design service to arrive at a home that is custom tailored to their needs.
