On March 16, Alfred Brady, Sarah Sal- vaggio, Clarence Peyton, and James Dotson represented the council at the spring session of t.he C. T. C.A. At this meeting Hearne was elected Parliamentarian of the associa- tion. On Ixiay 23, at the graduation exercises, President Peyton performed his last duty of the year when he inaugurated Sarah Salvaggio and James Dotson into office for the following year.
