The W.M.U. of the First Baptist Church gave the seniors a banquet to start off t.he parties at the beginning of the school year. aniar Parfies r Edwina McNee1 and Loretta West- if brook had a slumber party for the 'Q v senior girls on April 20, at E,dwina's home. During the night the girls enjoyed sandwiches, cookies, candy, and punch. Cathy Scanlin, Gloria Frost, and Lena Fer- rara had a formal dance at the Muni- cipal Club House on May 26. The seniors enjoyed dancing to the music of Tony Scan1in's C o m b o .

Hll', WK The seniors took their annual trip to Landa Park in New Braunfels, Texas, and entertained them- selves with dancing, swimming, riding bicycles, and playing miniature golf. .il f FL f M ' , :M N, , ex. 'N h ,. -rt I f 9 enior Trip Paul, Gene, Lena, Gracie, and Lor etta found enough energy to do the Bunny-Hop. Barbecued chicken was served to the seniors at noon. Loretta and Gracie are posing for the camera , while Paul and Pete are struggling to hold them up. This picture of Richard Garrett and Steve Rickenbacher was taken just before they went off into the water on their double bike.
