Front row: Roy Sena, Ray Pierson, Palrich Kelly, Elvis Harris, Tim Anderson, Mark Clark, Horace Garcia and Paul McGown. 61987-7982 Jaw H The High School for Health Professions is in its fifth year with a boys basketball team. Although the team lost most of the top players from last year's squad to graduation, and lacked the height advantage of its opponents, the Lions played at their best under the leadership of Michael Ogilvie. The Lions played exceptionally well against more advanced teams such as D.W. Carter and Lincoln. They also par- ticipated in the Medical Exploreres Tournament. This was a first for the Lions, and their competition was tough. Because everyone worked together and played in at least one of the games, no one was dissatisfied with the coaching of Science Instructor, Bill Neal or Principal, Bruce Norman. My Senior starters: Michael Ogilvief Elvis Harris, Raymond Elvis and Michael are getting strategies from Coach Neal but Elrayre Roddy is watching the cheerleaders. Mofganr and ,jerry Willf4m5-

Come on, let's show them girls. Clwefkadm We have Cheerleaders for one reason and one reason on- ly. That is to boost the spirit of our boys, especially this year. We have even managed to make one of the away games thanks to our principal. Tryout for the cheerleaders are in the spring, and they are chosen by a select committee. The squad gets better and better every year. Even though this year's group of gals is really great, we hope to be even better next year. Ready, O.K.
