FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSIONS The head of the Federal Com- munications Commission supervises the educational program of the entire Hazleton School District and makes suggestions to the Board of Directors, concerning policies to be followed. Mr. Hinkle is responsible for the ex- ecution of the Board's decisions, which pertain to the educational program. It is largely through his efforts that Station H. H. S. has maintained such a high rating.
