PEP WEEK 1981 This years pep week started out with an assembly on Monday at which the court was announced. The court had a very busy week, as did the students. The week was spent wearing funny clothes and outrageous make-up. All in all the week was a great success which ended with the game against Kent Meridian on Friday and the Homecoming dance at the Eagles Hippadrome on Saturday. Homecoming theme this year was Lights , Monday Oct. 12- Western Day, Homecoming Assembly Tuesday Oct. 13- Tourist Day Wednesday Oct 14- Punk Rock Day Thursday Oct 15-Class Day Seniors-Hippies Juniors-Favorite Occupation Sophomores-Odd SHoe, Tie, Garters and glasses Freshman-Stuffed Animals Friday Oct. 16- Jersey Day, Homecoming Game Saturday Oct. 17-Homecoming Dance at Eagles Hippadrome band- Cathedral.

With the leadership and the help of their advisor Betty Johnson they got off to a great start and just got better as the year went on. They marched with the band during football season and entertained at half- time during basketball season.
