As sophomores we took speech which enabled us to speak and express our ideas better before an audience. In Miss Hannafmls speech classes, students learned the mechanics of delivering a speech before their classmates through discussion groups. Learning to express themselves on paper Was one of the highlights of Mrs. Wall's English classes. Students prepared contracts using materials they studied from day to day. To better acquaint themselves with outstanding English literature, students of Mr. Pratt's English VII classes enacted scenes from Shakespeare's tra ed Ma b th.
