As we go to pay our respects to the dead spirit of our high school days, the spirit rises from its maroon and gray coffin to foretell the futures of all of us. He predicts that within the next 10 years — Donna Albright will he still earning her torch for Bud Schlunz. Wake up. Bud! Ed Antes, Boh Bowerson, and Eugene Anderson can he found any night playing the red hot blues at Oak Gardens while John Bugbce and Mike Duncan are doing the dirty boogie in the corner. Maurice Arnold is still under the impression he can get someone cuter than Diedre Batchclder. It’s too late now, “Mo.” Barbara Bacon and Pal Baima are modeling swimming suits at the Y. M.C.A. ohn Barbu after 10 years of trying to grow a mustache has ly succeeded and is now braiding it. Barbara Bellet has come out of her shell and is beating Judy Goff’s time with “Tootsie” Paul Williams. “Jockey Bill Berry is now riding his own horse “Hot Spurs” at the I la .cl Park Race I rack, which is now owned by Bud Gray. Mary Ann Hacket is teaching speech w-ork to her little daughter so she can get a head start in debating. Lucille Heck is still trying to find a man so she can change her “I leek of a name. Together, that is! Bernard Jenkins is still taking out Maxine Pearce when he can t find anyone else. Score up, Maxine!!! Bob Johnson now owns the Hazel Park Show and has hired Hilda Pappas and Marlene Pearce to keep the boys quiet. Jim Johnson and Jimmy Duranty now have something in common. We wonder w'hat it is? Stanley Jones has moved to a desert island with his brother “Don. They are trying to see who can grow the biggest. Patwenty 1950 The Viking 1950 June Class Prophecy Lorraine Kyllonen is still the sweet kid she was in high school. Lorraine Lanzon is now’ Mrs. Earl Adams with Bernice Pinchon working overtime trying to get a Mrs. in front of her name also. Shirley LeFever after studying 10 years to Ik a nurse has given it up for a worthy cause — Don Sugden. Allyne Legg is continuing to thrill the hoys of I lazel Park. Jackie Leshan is expecting a little bundle from heaven. No, it’s not the stork; it’s her boyfriend in the parachute corps — Carl Shelton. Beverly Lewis is still trying hard to get Johnny Liston, hut it looks as if Virginia Oaks has her hooks in deep. Iva Nell Loyd still has the sweet personality she had in high school. Hugh MacMastcr and Lequita Harris now have a two month old son and Hugh has already got him dribhlin. Baldy” Bclva MacLaughlin is trying hard to forget the awful haircut she had in her senior year. Pat Mack is now Joe Louis’ sparring partner. Joan Maink is still writing love letters to Jack Moore and hoping he will answer. Ken Maples is still attracting the younger generation with his long side-burns. Barbara Martin has nowr got her wallet tied to a solid gold chain. She’s not taking any chances in losing Bob Macka’spicture. Eloise Martin is eating banana splits and enjoying herself. She found out by losing weight she still didn’t get Keragis. Anna Matchett is now a kindergagrten teacher and is having a hard time with Nancie Peterson’s little brat. Walt Roman, Jr. Dick May has overcome his bashfulness and is playing bad by going in the Campus. Roxie Mills is still waiting for her sailor boyfriend. Helen Molner and Marie Nelson are having a contest to see who can tip the scales at 100 pounds first. A1 Moras has forgotten the American w-ays and is again act- ing the part of a suave Frenchman. I lank Moravec is still dreaming of his heartthrob — Ruth Bil- brey. Margaret Narozny and Barbara Erickson can be found any night hanging around 6 Mile at the Dunk Donut Shop. Guess the boys of H. P. just don’t appreciate their talents. Marlene O’Brien is trying to get a job at the Hollywood Drive In. It seems no one will hire her. Leslie O’Riley is wondering if Jerry Perry will ever break up with Paul for more than a day. Lois Owings is now Mrs. Freddie Rusher, hut she still gives Bill Catrell a chance as she did in high school. Barbara Parsons still hasn’t married Cal Cyrus. She doesn’t want to have her friend (?) Ora DeVries for a sister-in-law. Pool Shark” Ronald Perry can lie seen playing Tiddle- VVinks” because p x l’s too expensive. Martha Pewitt is still playing fickle. We wonder who the lucky” one wall be. Bud Schlunz or Gary Kemp? Joanne Phillips is now Mrs. Chuck Worden. Next to his car he loves her. After 10 years Hazel Pitt has passed her 100 wrord test in shorthand. Richard Quinn is now on the verge of a nervous breakdown because Janice Albright has finally consented to go out with him. Virginia Rawa and Bernard Jenkins can be seen holding hands waiting for Maxine and “Coon” to graduate. They seem to l e enjoying the wait. Gerald Rhincs is going steady with La Verne Hamm. After all her chasing around she found she couldn’t do any better. Ted Riley is featured at the Oakdale show as Tarzan.” Richard Ring is still happy after Betty Johnson broke her engagement.
