Then F. P. Johnson took the stern and held it for twenty-four years until 1935 to be succeeded by H. B. Long. O. B. Paulsen became principal in 1942, Frank Cathey in 1948, Aubrey Laws in 1951, and our own Don Oakes in 1955. Our colorful black and gold H stands on the hill behind the Science building. During the school year it is often painted by others, taking on the hues of their schoolls colors. Block H club keeps its initiates busy returning the H to its original state. Our Agriculture building was con- structed in 1930 Botany building. and was called the Since 1930 shrubbery and fences have changed the picture,
