MR. SAM WALLACE Superintendent of Schools When the 1968 yearbook was dedicated to Mr. Wallace, the dedication read in part: Mr. Sam Wallace, superintendent of schools, provides the type of energetic leadership that challenges both students and teachers to do their best to make this school system better. The sentiments expressed in the quotation are still true when applied to Mr. Wallace today. Students and faculty appreciate and respect him. As Mr. Wallace completes his eleventh year as superintendent here, the publications class wishes to honor him by dedicating to him the 1976 COUN- CIL.
