 Dedication -----------------------KAYE MARTIN--------------------------- It has been our good fortune to have had, the past five years, one of the best teachers Hayti High School has ever acquired. He has been an invaluable assistant as sponsor and teacher and has done an outstanding job in creating more interest in the field of Science. The members of the 1956 Council Staff wish to express their gratitude to this teacher for his help and guidance by dedicating the 1956 Council to Mr. Kaye Martin.

FOREWORD Our last four years of school are always our most exciting ones. Besides our homework, there are so many things to look forward to: Freshman Initiation, Sophomore Pilgrimage, the Junior-Senior Prom, and finally Gradua- tion. As a reminder of these good times and the many other activities, we are proud to be able to make this 1956 Council available to you.
