The Student Council project for this year will be to place a metal Hawk on top of the trophy case. Our fund raising projects have been selling cleaner, booster badges, pennants, and candy after school. The Student Council will sponsor the annual sweetheart dance and the annual talent show again this year. Mrs. Harlow, Mr. Long, and Mr. Humphries are the sponsors. Library Club students perform many of the tasks necessary to the efficient operation of a library--checking books in and out, shelving books, reading shelves, filing, preparing new materials for use, cleaning and repairing old ma- terials, promoting the library, and giving cheerful service to fellow students. Library Club students become more effective users of the library. They gain experience with the card catalog, Reader's Guide, reference books, verti- cal file, and audio-visual materials and equipment.
