ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL ' S MESSAGE To the Class of ’73, I extend my very best wishes and sincere hope for a bright and prosperour future. You are embarking upon a life that will be filled with many obstacles. It is my hope that you have received the necessary preparation here at Haysi High to enable you to conquer these. I am sure that this ’73 graduating class is most aware of many of the needs of the society in which we live. In any society constructive change is necessary, and I am certain that you will accept the responsibility for making necessary changes. What you contribute to these changes is all important. When changes are made, make them not for the sake of change, but to improve upon what you are replacing. I know you are up to the task. It has been a pleasure for me to serve as your Assistant Principal the past three years. May God’s richest blessings be bestowed upon you.
