Class Ibis senior class of Hayden High Ill thirteen members gay and spry Twelve whole years we've gone to school, But new we're wondering just what to d We have many memories of dear Hayden High, We really hate to leave it and say to all good bye. WB thank the teachers who have helped us all, With our many problems, both large and small The girls of our class who number just five, Are always kept busy like bees 'round the hive Some of the girls are slim and others so round, But whatever the case, they're the best to be found. Martha Sandhage, our youngest girl, Has brown hair and lovely curls She can cook, sew and sing, So now she's hoping for a ring Mary Lahne, the one so slim, Is very ticklish under her chin She's a good typlst and to col lege she'll go, Then she'll be a secretary in a big office you know ern gal, Is a worker who has lots of pals She was one of our cheerleaders with lots of vigor and pep, And in our Jr Class Play a maid who said, yep, yep, yep Twila Robison is our laughing lass, Who wrote many letters during history class She loves to skate and also sing, And now she enjoys wearing a Cortland ring Lois Tracy, our poet, who is Sft 2, Has red hair, freckles, and eyes of blue 8he's got many talents, includirg the musical kind, And after this poem was finished, she gained piece of mind Next come the boys of our class Handsome lads with knuckles like brass Some are mort and some are tall, But that doesl't matter to us at all Poem LeRoy Martin, who is everyone's friend, A short, stout fellow with a bi wide grin Sure he's handsome and also smart, But cupid has already won his heart Charles Vogel, who is darkzand tall Is smart in school and good looking to all Te's sorta bashful, but really lots of fun, And he's got e g1rl friend, her heart he has won Johnny Gerth, our left handed guy, Is medium in height and oh! so spry We call him hot rod, he dr1vesaFord, And his face gets red, whenever he's bored Vernon Ingram, tallest of them all, Is a whiz in math, and a star in basketball He has a personality, which every one admires, But a certain freshman's heart, he really so much desires Alvin Tracy, who is slim and tall, Has wavy brown hair and is friendly to all He'll be a musician, perhapes a minister too, And if ever necessary, a good job of house keeping he'll do Wayne Capes, the lad with blond Is one of the boys who don't care for bow ties He'll be a farmer, if he does what he likes, He is fair and honest, and gives to all their rights Donnie Taylor, the smallest but oldest of all, Is vely fond of girls, but not of playing ball He came to school each day, and worked away at night, And so by doing that, he had to study with all his might Jim Sorg, who is our talkative guy, He'll tell jokes as you pass him by He always slept during history class Be cause he stayed out late, visit ing his fair lass S, O. 0 , D Pearl Ingram, our friendly south- hair and blue eyes, 0 - 9 N' .N O I
